HELP- Wordpress will not show post thumbnails

I'm running the latest version of wordpress on 2 different sites. For some reason it will not show thumbnails for my post at all...

I have tried different plugins that is supposed to fix this problem but neither have helped.

I'm sure it's something I'm overlooking since it's on 2 different sites. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Advertise on BHW
Disable all plugins and report back.
Also, to clarify, are you talking about thumbnails in the post or the excerpt on the homepage?

Talking about the excerpt on the front page. I tried disabling all plugins and it didn't fix it. Man this is annoying lol.
 
Not sure if this will help any, but maybe check your error log. Some hosts have MOD_SECURITY limits that will not allow some scripts for thumbnails to work. I had this problem with running another shopping cart script. Probably not your issue, but just thought I'd bring it up.

Any suggestion helps I hit a brick wall. I checked the security and it wasn't blocking the thumbnail script.

If it helps I would be happy to send someone that knows what there doing a link in PM
 
Well, I don't believe WP posts thumbnails in excerpts on default.
Your theme needs to have that option.
If you PM your url I'll have a look.

What theme you use? some themes require Custom Field to display thumbnail on home page
 
Update- Maruk had me install a couple different plugins that I had not tried yet, and it fixed the problem instantly with one of my sites. The other site I use the video flick theme and apparently it didn't support the thumbnail. So I'll just change themes problem solved.

Thanks for everyones help. BHW community is awesome no doubt
