Every theme can do that if you know how to edit and adopt the code for your needs.

Maybe I am missing something, what part troubles you?

You are joking right? Save page as, then edit with any HTML editor.
It was created with Microsoft FrontPage 4.0




EDIT: Looks like it was popular back in the day lol

The thing is i suck at coding, i can do something like

(if dude=chick)
}
x=cry
}


but nothing more that that

first open a text editor and make it full screen, then take a sharpie and draw your template onto the text editor, click save as and then upload it to your wordpress template directory.
