[Help] Wordpress Post.php got Deleted

    Recently my server there were some malicious files, and i accidentally deleted
    domainname.com/wp-includes/post.php & domainname.com/wp-settings.php and I dont have backup.

    I also dont know the version of the wordpress my website was running :(

    Can anybody please help how can i restore these 2 files

    I am no wordpress coding expert, but I took a look at those files. Those files don't store config info. They are common to any wordpress installation.

    So, this is what I suggest you should do....

    Download your version of wordpress from wordpress.org/download/release-archive/
    Extract those files from the downloaded archive and replace them in your site.

    Download a wp archive with the same version that you're running on your hosting.
    Unpack and upload the missing files.
