For some reason my theme administration panel in my wordpress site is stuck in the past. The cache seems to have gotten stuff. I was using w3 total cache, deleted it and still stuck. This happened out of nowhere after years of using w3 total cache.

I can't upgrade my wordpress theme since when i did upload it to ftp the theme admin panel doesn't even show it since it's stuck in the past.

I really don't know what to do I looked everywhere and no help. Anyone know what I can do?

Ask your hosting to run a system restore from a backup back to a date when it worked fine :)

Good thinking but that's $15 bucks. I'm not even sure if it's a cache problem. One day i decided to upgrade my theme and it just happened the new version never showed up in the theme administration panel. I have deleted some old themes I had through ftp and they are still showing up in the theme admin panel so that led me to believe the cache is stuck or something.

It was my guess that it was w3 total cache but not really sure what's going on or what I can do to fix this :(
