[HELP] withmy first site ever using thesis 2.1 theme

I just got market delight 2.2.5 from

and thesis 2.1 from some other thread on bhw, from what i have read it says upload the market delight skin to the custom folder in thesis but the problem is that I don't see and "custom" folder when I ftp into thesis in wp-content, so I really don't know what to upload from the market delight I downloaded and into what folder in thesis to upload them to.

Please I have searched the web tirelessly and the problem is that there is not much info on thesis 2.1 since it just came out, I am learning to use thesis properly just need something on my site for now before I can start customizing if need be.

If u can instruct me on what to upload from the downloaded market delight theme and into what folder that would be very helpful and also I noticed there is this other folder in market delight download that says MACOSX, what do I do with that?

and this is my first site ever.

It's in the thesis theme folder, so wp-content/themes/thesis. If you can't see it, then just create it, although it should be there.

ya when I ftp into wp-content/themes/thesis in the thesis folder there are 3 folders, "boxes", "packages" and "skins" so my assumption is that it should the new skin should be uploaded in the skins folder but in the installation instructions that come with market delight 2+ it only gives instructions for older version of thesis 1.8.3
and thesis 2.1 dash board and other stuff are very different I from what i have seen from tuts.

Pls any one can tell me how to upload the skin into the new thesis that would be very appreciated.
