help with youlikehits site please

hey,so i opened an account on YLH to promote my humor page on facebook https://www.facebook.com/hitlarocracy
and it tells me to download an .html file and upload it to a website.I did just that and uploaded it and it asks for confirmation so i posted that link too.It says that I have made changes to the downloaded file [ i did no such thing ].

Is there any way around this? Please help

EDIT: Got this working, but I don't want to use my host and YLH won't allow 000w3bhost.

Any other ideas?
