Help with xml files

I have a client who her old webmaster is hosting her website on bluehost. He has it under her name and she is wanting to switch hosting companies and he wont give her access to her website. She cant get access since its under her name. So I have tried to save her website. It saved everything but the flash slideshows with xml files.
Does anybody know how to save the flash with xml files? Pretty much rip a website?
