help with withdraw money

Hi

i am syrian i live in Syria

i want to know how can i receive payments

i can't open paypal account (not allowed)
i can't open payoneer account (not allowed)

i think to go to other country like (Lebanon) and open a bank account
or use relatives bank account to receive payments (they live outside Syria)

can i receive payments from free lancers sites/companies in Europe or usa if i open a bank account in Lebanon ? i mean a personal account

or can any of my relatives receive the payments in their personal bank account without a problem ?

i sat and thought
these ideas what i got , if anyone now other way please help

by the way i need a legal way i don't want to get into troubles

no an expert but im pretty sure some1 could set you up

Simple Get An Amazon AWS Vps and create your us verified paypal account and bought a payoneer account with physical cards, get the cards throw feedex or UPS then always withdraw your earned funds throw ATM ,

If your relatives have nationality other than Syria, then they can receive payments on behalf of you.
