Guys I'm stuck!
I need a vcc to verifiy my paypal because Im in country that doesnt support it
but all vcc sellers need some sort of payment like AP or paypal that doesnt support Lebanon
what should i do?

So you need free vcc? right.

As suggestion you can pay vcc guy later when you get funds in your pp.

vccs can last as long as you need them to really mine last up to a year
