Help with Twitter Exposure

Ok guys, I've always been a fan of honesty so not going to BS you about what I'm doing here. I stumbled across this place purely by accident while trying to search about Twitter and retweets and exposure. I'm just a husband who is so new to Twitter/Facebook that you guys would laugh if you had any idea and I'm trying to get the word out there about the GoFundMe campaign that's been set up for my wife who was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year. I'm not 100% sure on the rules about links so I wont put it in here. If anyone could help me with how to get this retweeted or seen by the most people it would be extremely appreciated.

The link that brought me here was "social-media/747725-retweeted-8-million-real-followers-get-your-tweet-seen-approved" and I tried buying their "Standard" service but I think I got swindled. So if there's anyone on here that would want to give some legitimate help/advice that isn't extremely broad/vague and that someone new to Twitter could follow, you would be doing a massive amount of good.
