guys please help me what is guest blogging i have a blog i post wonderful things ,but can't get visitors and when i do a serch on google it show my articles in other websites Heeeeep

It seems you're currently allowing trackbacks on your blog. You can check trackbacks and pingbacks settings inside the wordpress admin! Also, consider installing a security software to protect your site again malware attacks. PM if you want me to share your website URL with me so I can assess it.

you are not going to get visitors magically, you need to be ranking for certain keywords, or using other methods to get people on your site like social media.
Guest blogging is where you blog on other peoples websites as a "guest" and link back to your website.

Guest blogging is posting your fresh and informative niche relevant content on 3rd party blog and in exchange you will get 1 strong contextual backlink if blog owner allows.

But i think, guest blogging should be on those blogs which have already backlinks or high pang ranking. am i right ? because I have been posting my site to some forums as well, but no backlinks are created yet, as those forums were no page ranked or backlinked.

Just to clarify, guest blogging is when you create a full post and publish it on that blog. It looks like most of the answers here are talking about blog commenting where you visit blogs and leave a comment on a published post with your link.
Still a backlink but its not guest blogging. If you find a good blog with high traffic to guest blog on then you can drive decent amount of traffic back to your blog if your guest blog post is good and of value.

I run a hotel and I force every guest to write a blog post for me. That's MY version of guest blogging.
