Help with tool

I would like to take a question about a software that I saw, I may be a little late in relation to that, but here goes my question.

is the "Backlink Power Indexer" program useful for anything? it promises to index in several directories, I was a little skeptical because in the images where the program was running I did an analysis on the link that would appear and I didn't see much progress. If the program really worked well, the site that was there as an example had smaller numbers ... My question is, is it not even for T2, T3?

In short, does it work?
What other programs can automate the creation of linkgbuilding on directory systems?

There are currently major indexing issues. As a matter of fact, most indexing services are currently lying down for a reason. I do not know this program, but I assume that it is unlikely to be useful.
