Help with tiktok

Hello guys. At the moment I am downloading viral funny videos from Instagram and I upload them on tiktok. My engagement is very low ( like 50-200 views) and it stops. I guess the main problem is after I render it with movie (I read somewhere that it’s better to do that because tiktok ”feel” the video like made on the phone) I got just a little square of video. So is not full screen. It’s like 30% of the screen.

How can I ”prepare” videos to be shown in full screen on tiktok?

Hi, Just edit it on the TikTok app itself. Apparently TikTok likes that. I guess it's better to have the vertical format even if it crops your video.

PS. If i Download a video from Instagram and i upload it to TikTok i got 0 views. So for sure this doesn’t Work at all.

I think people just like the vertical format better in general. Not an algorithm based thing imo
