Help With This Twitter Follower Trick

Hey I know this guy (lets keep him anonymous for his own good) he sends like 2 to 3 thousand followers a day to peoples accounts.

The correlation between these accounts are that they don't have many tweets and hardly any followers but they are following alot of people basically all his clients twitter accounts.

The thing I am puzzled about is how he can log into 2-3 thousand twitters account a day and follow his clients account or is there an application for that and HOW ON EARTH has he made 50k+ accounts?

One more thing the accounts I have seen are like aggregated accounts for example one account I saw was:

Username: joseph something cant remember
Twitter Display name: Usmaan
Picture: This was off the @mashable account of Pete Cashmore

I think somehow hes making accounts automatically using bits of info from real accounts on Twitter right now?...

Anybody with answers please releive me from this brain ache I am having!!

What is new in this.
There are many people who can provide you from 5-10k followers to your twitter profile.
But it depends on what you need fake or real followers.
If you need fake followers there wont be any limit to provide.
