Help with this problem

I used to make about 10? a day with moviepress something but now every time I embed a video it tells me video not available please try links below (sorry if I wasnt specific enough) so please tell me how to fix it or another way to embed movies

Note: I embed videos by going to afdah.com it has the embed code for the movie under the movie (try to understand) and I simply copy the code and paste in the text section (sorry but please try to understand)

Well that embed code is an iframe. It's possible it isn't loading correctly on your site. You may wish to investigate what is called CDATA. This may allow your iframe to show through. As an alternative approach you could consider iframing your next closest competitor's streams if you can't resolve this challenge directly.
