help with this php email attachment script!

hey guys i got this php code and i tried it out and it sends it to my emai only that it contains nothing (0bytes) i want to be able to send pictures or a video and what not how do i do that?

on my html page ill hit browse and select whatever send it like i said.. just the attachments contain nothing.. this is the blank php code.. i removed my address.

remove @ in @mail($email_to, $email_subject, $email_message, $headers); and you will see some errors i guess
