What rdp/vps spacs do i need for a minecraft server hosting service thats made using Pterodactyl and how many rdps i need

Here's my advice.

First, you take a small VPS to install only the Pterodactyl panel (2 or 4 GB RAM) and you take a bigger VPS to put your first "node" of game servers. 64 GB may be enough to get started.
If you've got the budget, go for dedicated AMD Ryzen servers

On Pterodactyl panel, you can add different child servers where you can host gameservers.

So, if the first "child" server is full, you can buy another server & add it to your panel
