I recently got suspended on eBay (NOT FOR SELLING COUNTERFEITS) and I have tried to make a couple of stealth accounts, I made a new user account on my computer, changed my ip made the email/ebay/paypal account and tried to sell something but it got suspended again. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Do I have to let the stealth accounts age?

There could be many things that you are doing wrong.
All of your information needs to be completely different from any other account you have ever had.
Ebay also can link you from same account activity from what your selling and buying.
You may also be selling to much to fast on a new account. You want to sell very little at first and let your sells rest after every sell.
If you haven't bought the Ebay stealth book from Aspkin I recommend you do so because it's great for newbies.
