you can get a 16gb ram server from contabo and thats enough to hold 60 players

More important is the latency.

Anything above 180ms for the players especially for shouting games is unplayable.

For minecraft alike can go up to 240ms .


Specs depend from the plugins & total players. So is not something fixed.

You can start with 2GB RAM and update if and when needed.
