Help with smm panel terms

I have broswed through about a dozen of panels and none of them clarify these terms' meaning. Can someone help
1) 30 days refill guaranteed
2) refill = 30 days refill - i guess i have to reorder after 30 days
Apologies in advance if this is a dumb question I'm new to panels

it means if for example you buy 1000 IG likes and these likes drop (all or partial amount, let's say 300) you can refill them in the matter of 30 days (there should be a button next to the order once it's delivered in the orders history which you click and voila you get back on 1k likes
