Help with sitelinks

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could direct me or give me some tips on how to prepare for my menu links to be featured as site links. I've been looking for answers for a while now but I just don't seem to figure it out.

I noticed that sites that were launched just under 6 months in my niche have their site links when someone searches in Google.

Please advise.

• Site ranks first for the keyword(s) that generate the Sitelinks listing
• Easily spiderable, structured navigation
• Fairly high natural search traffic
• High click through rates from the search results page
• Useful outbound links
• Inbound links from high quality sites
• Site age is several years or older
