Help With Site pls, Will Pay!

Ok i had a guy help build a site, and no longer can get a hold of him? Not returning my emails... The site is for my djs, where they can upload there (CD) mixtape cover and post a html link so that the site its posted on, its player will automatically post on the main page(On my site) after submitting. They also are required to register so they can make profiles ect.... I purchased a domain , host ect... But i have no idea how to go in and update the site, i tried looking through files and clicking around to figure things out. Didnt work so well, so i need someone to look at it and possibly make some tutorials for me so i can learn to update and add features along the way... He was supposed to do some coding etc...and i have no idea if he even finished the job... So if some one has the time pls pm me so we can possibly arrange something & ill hit you with details so you can check the site etc...
