help with site please

hey guys i just started my blog i need some help kind of lost with it maybe you guys can check it out and give me some advice.

If it's possible, you should change the color scheme to make it your own style. Right now it looks just like cash tactics dot net.

Also, it's good to have the top post or top two posts the full text and then a few with just a paragraph or two snippet. to do that, use the 'more' tag. Also No more than 6 posts on the main page. Right now you have TEXT OVERLOAD. Finally the images you use in your posts are two small and when you click them it does not open up to a bigger version of the picture, which would be fine, but since it doesn't it personally ticks me off and I leave the site.

whats the best way to make money from my site?

now that's kind of a big question :-D I'd say read as much as you can and then try out a few things until you find what works for you.
