Help with setting up cloaker

I am new to cloaking. I already have my own cloaker, my money/landing page, and I can make a safe/bot page easily. Just need some tips on the bot/safe page like does it matter what niche the bot/safe page is?

Also, I think I have to do something like turn my safe page domain and landing page into html and add it into my landing page domains files?

I just need this last little push to put everything together if anyone could give me a hand
