Help with scrapebox

Hiya I bought scrapebox I cant get it working properly, I have disabled the firewall, whitelisted it and still It wont show the articles in the plug in folder when it extracts from scrapebox, any help appriciated

yes I have to be fair they have been very helpful, I have been fighting with this for last 2 weeks, just thought somebody might have had the same problem

i've had the same problem. connections get stuck. contacted support, this same issue has been in the thousands for them. something locks up the connections. i gave up on it. wasted money. its junk for mac. or mac is junk. either way, cant do shit with it.
 
Im on windows 10. going run it on my hubbys pc which is win 7 and see if its the same. Everything else works its just this plug in.
 
Scrapebox support is good but use to drag and take some longer time to resolve the issue. But at the end they give responses to our emails which I like.

This doesn't really make sense at all. What exactly are you trying to do ?
What plugin/addon are you using?

Are you running scrapebox from a folder on your desktop or in your documents folder? Because if you are running it in another location like dropbox or direct from C drive etc... then write permissions could prevent the articles from being saved.

Also the article scraper allows you to export the articles, so why not just export them to wherever you want?
 
It's all in a folder on desktop
 
it exports i can load from scrapebox not using the folder like before, it opens just i dont have any content in the folder

Im pretty much completely lost at this point.

any chance of a screenshot or link to an image sharing site that you can share a screenshot or a pm with a screenshot, because I really just don't understand the issue it seems.
