Help with rss feed fetched by senuke

Hello,
i have recently bought a senuke blast from fiverr
The guy gave me urls and feed
Now my question is how to use that feeds

I have my site
i dont have wordpress in it
so how do i proceed with it

should i create a feed.xml and enter those feeds with title and description manually?
or anything else

Any1??
