Just report the account, it should be less than a week before it's taken down. IF you're lucky it should be down in less than 48 hours. You can also ask your followers to report it for you to help it get taken down even faster

Report and legal action as others mention - if the person is insistent on creating multiple accounts you will have to keep chasing them down
