Help with Regular Expressions

I'm trying to scrape a site that has names of video games , systems those games are on, then click a link to that specific page and start scraping the over view information about those games all into a CSV file. I don't know a lot about regular expressions so I'm not sure which tool would be able to do this. I'm just wondering if any one has any experience scraping information off of a site with 2 URL's for each category and organizing them into a CSV file to use later.
