Help with ranking blog post

This is quite a broad question, but any tips would be appreciated. I'm trying to rank a blog post. My main keyword has about 1000/m volume, and 30 ranking difficulty. If on page is optimized correctly, and title/meta are also, what would be an estimate on how many backlinks should I try to get for it if I'm working with blogs with over 50 DA/PA? I should also mention this blog and domain are brand new with no authority.
