Help with QQ Registration

You can bypass the phone-number roadblock by registering with an email address instead. Just head to the international QQ sign-up page (ssl.zc.qq.com/v3/index-en.html) and switch from the default phone registration to the email option at the top of the form. Enter your valid email, choose a secure password, complete the CAPTCHA, and submit. Within moments you’ll receive a confirmation link in your inbox—click it, and your new QQ ID is activated. From that point on you can log in to the QQ app using your email and password. If you later need phone verification for features like password recovery or finding friends, it’s best to use a physical SIM card (either your own or a friend’s) rather than a VoIP or virtual number, since those are often blocked by Tencent’s system.

i dont see an email section.
so wdym?

did this ever work , genuinely curious

I'm looking to create a QQ account but I'm not sure how. All the virtual numbers I have tried so far have not worked.
Thanks
QQ usually requires a real phone number for verification, and most virtual numbers don’t work. The easiest way is to use a friend or family member’s number temporarily, or get a local SIM if possible.

The number above sms-activate should work. This is my most commonly used code receiving platform. I use it every day.

QQ hardly accepts virtual numbers anymore, so don't bother — it's a waste of time.

Long story short:

  • Most VoIP / SMS-activate numbers are auto-blocked
  • Even if the SMS arrives, QQ often flags it later → account locked

Register using the QQ PC client or the Chinese version of the app, with a stable IP address (don't change it constantly).

--> Virtual number = time-consuming, real SIM or pre-purchased SIM = quick and easy.
