Hello am looking for costa rica private proxies but i cant find any where i tried on bhw as well but cant find any relaible provider any of you guys have any knowledge about it?
i duno if it is right place to post or not. any help will be appreciated

Your best bet is to buy yourself a VPS in Costa Rica with however many IP addresses you need and then set it up with Squid to run as a proxy server. There are plenty of articles on the web that explain how to do this, or I can do it for you for $50.
