help with porn uploading method

Hello i have read somewhere cant remember and cant find the article to reference it but i remember someone saying that if you do the porn upload method that it has to be a certain length in time. The video has to be a certain amount of minutes anyone know what would be a good range to go by like over 2 minutes or under 10 minutes etc? As you dont want it too short so it wont look like spam.
