In this situation you have 2 options:
Send it t a virtual bank account. If you have money you can set up one for, around $80-100. I had a frnd of mine sell the services on other forums. You still get $100.

OR

Say goodbye and learn from your mistakes....

i can do that but how will i remove the money from that bank account ?
 
What's your sending limit? Usually it's more that $200
 
I'm interested to know how you solved this, I just tried to pay for something online with my unverified paypal account and it asked me to link it to a credit card, makes you think what's the point of the unverified sending limit anyway if you have to link it to a credit card. The whole thing is kind of ambiguous, I suspect it's on purpose. My experience has been that whatever they say on their website is almost always wrong in practice.
