Help with Paypal account.

i have a free paypal account and want to sell some stuff at DP. I have not verified it using my CC coz i don't have one now, I'm just 17.
My main question to the loving BHW is can i request payment to my paypal email address without verified paypal account and is there a way to withdraw money without the verification part.
I read a thread on DP that tells you how to withdraw money from paypal without verified accounts. any help would be highly appreciated.

Well paypal allows some countries to transfer funds to bank.. if in your case it does not then all you can do is just spend them on ebay items and such... as I used to before i got a visa (BTW, I got a visa electron @ 16... legally from a local bank) I don't know what is the deal with the 18+ visas.. mine is a visa electron.. maybe you can make some research about it and get one from one of your local banks?

I am too from india and have withdrawn my money to my account directly.They send the money to bank account.you only need these details:-
1.bank name
2.account number
3.IFSC code :- you can get it from the bank or look in check book)

Yes I verified the account with VCC (virtual credit card)
One more thing,the time taken by the paypal was only 2 days for the last withdrawl.In two days,I got the money in my bank account.

Dude I am 13 and just managed to get a master card. You can too. Search for payoneer.

You can receive funds and send too until your account gets frozen
 
Just get a VCC from a seller here in the buy and sell section and you can use that to be verified in a few minutes.

and you can get limited in a few minutes. I'm not saying it doesn't works but I had one that got frozen after a couple of days. The next one got frozen at the first transactions. Now I am using an unverified one for months. You'll get caught the first 5 minutes or 5 months and bye bye money.
 
Google "account now" for some VISA cards with checking accounts attach to them free. That's what I've been using.
 
Well I am having the same problem.

Got some decent cash from DP.

I have unverified PP account.I want to transfer them to my account.I am having
ICICI debit card.when i tried to very it,it says "your bank refused..."

Can anyone tell me that Debit cards are allowed to verify or not.It is VISA approved.
 
Paypal gives you two options to verify your account. Bank account and credit or debit card.
Try verifying your bank accounts rather than trying for credit or debit cards. Its a very easy process paypal will send two very small deposits to your account you just have to check them and enter the same in your account.
Its the legit way and better than virtual CC's
