Help with OGADS

Hello,
I'm a noob in CPA etc...every day I'm learning something new...
Now i got approved in OGADS and I have to buy a domain...
Namecheap has free whois protect and the domain i've chosen is 0.88$.
I would like to know if should I use fake data when buying the domain...

Why would you use fake data when buying your domain? If you did that you would have no way of proving ownership of the domain in the future. Also, try to avoid those cheap $0.88 domains if you can. In my opinion they look spammy and will only raise red flags on advertising platforms. Always spend the extra few bucks for a quality .com domain. You can get a .com as cheap as $5 /y if you price around different providers. This is a handy site to compare the best deals currently available.

I would like to start with low budget and if I earn something I'll then upgrade.
My question is: if my niche is black hat(for example "hack"niche), do I risk something?
