Help with my permalink structure

Hi there

I am not able to set up my permalink structure correctly

This make me crazy

i want simply have %category%/%postname%
in the post title format

when i set up this format in settings<<permalink and aslo in the seo pluggin i use i got 404 error


i tryed to add at the begining index.php
but index.php/%category%/%postname%

appears like this: indexphp/XXXXXX/%postname%

i can only use
index.php/%category%/%blog_title%

Close it out with the "/" at the end of postname

set your permalink like this if you want
/%postname%/
or
/%category%/%postname%/
