I need help and advice.
I have a clothing store, I need an application or script that is free, to get more followers and not to follow

You need followers. With a tool, you could follow/unfollow people to grow your followers. You don't want that.
You could use Instagram Ads, or Shoutouts from authentic pages like yours. It's not free.
The only way I'm seeing, for free, is if you manually go through followers of a page similar as yours, and like their 2-3 pictures, in order to get their attention, and get a chance of a follow. Or, if you want to automate it, you could use the InstaBot script for free, to randomly like pictures of given hashtags (#clothes for example).

Yep, this strategy is correct but you should not do it manually just to save a buck since it will take a lot of time. There are many tools out there with very reasonable price.

OP, seems something wrong with you. You want followers by free script. But you dont want to do it by follow-unfollow. Or am I missed something?

Shoutouts can be used to increase your followers and not to follow someone at the same time. Or one can engage with people in pages of his niche.

Use the right hastags if you don't want follow/ unfollow. I am testing right now using only specific hashtags and although slow I do get around 15-18 new, but specific targeted followers interested in my niche
