Hey guys, I decided to start trying to use Instagram as a way to make a bit of money through shoutouts or maybe affiliate offers later on as i am in the fitness niche. I had a few questions for you guys.

-Since I'm starting out and unsure of things I decided to start things manually (no bots). I was wondering what the best ways to get followers are? I mean, recently I've been going on fitness accounts with many followers and following people who like their pictures and see if they follow me back. Are there better ways to go about this?

-With that said, what is the hourly follow/unfollow limits if i'd be following/unfollowing manually?

-Lastly, if I get my pictures online or from other accounts is that ok? Since a lot of people honestly just get their pictures online anyways right?

    Thanks for the input everyone!

These questions have been asked a lot of times already. If you would just use the search button, you could find not only the answers to your questions, but also other suggestions to grow an account both manually and with the help of a bot.

You can get followers by following/unfollowing, liking and commenting on a lot of photos. Hourly/daily limits change all the time, no one can really tell. If your account is new, don't do it aggressively.

Thank you for your answer. I had been searching, but couldn't really pinpoint a precise answer to the amount of follows/unfollows per hour, but thank you for clarifying to me that there are enough precise values. Do you have any suggestions to the amount I should follow/unfollow ad a new account. You mentioned not to go aggressively at it, how much would you recommend? I've been following around 100-150 per hour at the moment t and I haven't really been affected yet but I'm scared it'll come and bite me soon enough. Thanks again! And any more input would be appreciated

There are so many factors that go into this. Noone can give you an exact number. Here are a few basic tips.
    - Don't follow / unfollow at the same time.
    - Follow for a few days then spend a couple days unfollowing.
    - Or just follow till you get close to the 7500 mark before unfollow.
    - Start slow and increase your numbers in small increments weekly.
    - 60 / 25 are fairly safe guesstimates but doing it manually... delays can become and issue no matter what your total is.
    - Use apps like phonegram for following & crowdfire for unfollowing if you must do manually.

My newest account is 10w old & has 10k followers... it runs 24/7 and does about 600 follows and 800 likes a day without captcha, verification, or temp blocks.

    good luck

follow until you reach 7000 follow
and then unfollow it all and do it again
follow per day should not be over than 1000

careful with reposting users pictures because many big accounts now are getting flagged for copyright claims by the DMCA if you can post original content then surely do it, but if not you put your account at a small risk
