Help with my Email List

Hello,

I'm relatively new to email marketing.

I have a growing list of 2 million opt-in emails, an IEM setup with 255 ip rotations, etc.

My problem is, i'm having issues warming up my IP's. After about a month of warming up, i'm still not inboxing.

My question is, are there any services I can pay to use that already have high inbox rates?

I really don't want to waste my IEM server setup, but it's really turning out to be a struggle.
I understand that services like MailChimp require opt-in emails upon upload, and I don't want to do that.

Any advice? Please don't ask me where I get my data, it should be relatively self-explanatory.

Edit: I'm looking to send about 300-500k/day.

I think that this isn`t a genuine targeted email list.It`s just scraped emails.
Am i right?

Apparently I need to tell you guys how to create an email list.

PPC Campaign on facebook/Adwords/etc > "Free iPad Giveaway!" > Enters email address > Voila.

first of all if its opt-in /double opt-in list .. go on with mailchimp or getresponse they both allow uploading of external list
mailchimp being bit more strict
than u can try other like smtp.com

I've heard that mailchimp and services like that don't like affiliate links at all.

I'm guessing it's possible to work around that, though?
