Help with multiple logins and proxy

Can someone link to a guide on using sessionbox with different proxies or VPN to log in with multiple accounts to a forum? How can I do it safely without being detected?

I currently use Torgaurd, and Ghostery plugin (to block trackers), and have to clear my cookies and cache and have to start a new session each time I log in to a forum..it is a tedious process.

Is there a smart fool-proof shortcut? Also what are browser fingerprints? Do I erase them when I delete cookies?
