Hello

I have a semi authority site that I've been building. My issue is one particular product page for my site brings in more than half of my traffic and the product has been removed from amazon with no plans to bring it back (i've contacted the company). Some of the sub-topics in this same niche have very few products on amazon while others have many.

My question is how should I go about monetizing the product pages that don't feature a product on amazon?

Your best bet would be to place another related amazon product, maybe from same manufacturer.

What about monetizing with something else like adsense?

If he reviewed particular product he cant change that, maybe to write at the bottom that the product is no longer available but "here we bring you even better one, you should definitely check out this one" and send them to another page where you have review of another similar product... That is something I would do...

Anyone else care to chime in?

I'm really curious about using adsense on the pages that review products not listed on amazon.. is this a bad idea?

Check if there are other retailers, otherwise just plugin adsense and there isnt much you could do. This is the problem of reviewing specific products.

I agree with this. Within that post, pimp some other product after stating it's no longer available. Offer the user an alternative of some kind.

Don't use Adsense on pages promoting products with affiliate links. It can hurt your sales. Look for a product similar to the one you were promoting and promote it in place of the one that is no longer available.

I've already tried looking for similar products... and there really isn't much to choose from. I'm pretty limited in that sub-topic of the niche, but it generates a lot of traffic so I don't want to neglect it completely.

The only thing I can think of is using adsense on the pages that don't have amazon products or trying to become an affiliate for ebay and sending them there. Otherwise I don't know what to do. I've also looked at other online retailers to see if I could run affiliate campaigns for them, but I think this product is mostly sold through brick and mortar stores.

How do you get around reviewing specific products?

You must need a SEO & SEM Services for your amazon sale page.
I can help you over this.... Thanks in advance
