Help with LP and Prelanders

Can someone just help me with a simple thing?
I have 12 accounts running, gaining 100+ followers a day, and I wish to monetize then with CPA on OGADS.

As far as I know,
I have to buy a domain ($10/year)
Get hosting ($4/month)
Download Landing Page from OGADS and add it to the domain with my locker
Get .org linked prelanders from Valar ($5.40 for 6 nos)
Shorten both - main domain and prelander domain with bit ly links and add shortened prelander domain to IG bio

Is this all correct or am I missing anything?

you are doing too much investment here.
I'm also doing instagram but not investing in LP's.
Here I'm doing-

Go to OgAds >> landingpagerequest (your requested landing page)>> Source >> Show.
It will show the LP code in new tab (Copy Code).

Then go to blogger >> Create now blog >> Theme >> Go to end of the page >> Revert to classic themes >> Revert to classic theme >> paste OgAds code (delete default code). >> Save Theme.

Done. You have High quality https landing page with no cost.
Just bitly it and put in instagrgam.
create new to every instagram account and you are good to go.
