hello everyone... i dont have a site yet but im going to create a site and the keyword i would want to be ranked for is "painter in buffalo ny" the website url will include something that includes the keyword... also the content (20 articles to start) will be seo optimized with that keyword, and a new article will be posted everyday... what seo services could get me on the first page, and top 10.. i was thinking that i could buy 2000 blog comments and that would so the trick... but im nervous because its a large investment. ($570) im willing to try any service but i would wanna see results... and quickly. the whole goal is to get this site ranked on first page then sell advertising space to local businesses.. thanks for the tips and feedback guys

Dont invest all of your money, on a single link type. Get diversity and quality.
 
I can help you with local SEO. I would stay far away from bulk junk links. It will do more damage than good.
 
2000 blog comment ain't going to help you rank page 1 for sure. If on tight budget, suggest you spend the money on 20 good quality articles to your site instead. In the same time try guest blog posting to relevant niche local sites with high authority. Do citations which cost u only 5 bucks in fiverr.
 
Before you do your website, learn a lot about local SEO, you are acting like you are building a payday loan site or some other IM site..

Local is different, and promoting this site like you have suggested is not the right way to do it.
 
it is easy to rank , you can do it without many back links .

I recommend you save that money and build links yourself. To be honest 570 isn't that much, and it might take months to get you ranked and if seo isn't on going your ranking would drop. You might be better off doing some social media marketing for your business.

Dont invest all of your money, Look around here, you can find pretty good service through which you can easily rank for your keyword.
 
Some directory links can be done, Try to think yourself and find how can you get variety links in your area.

Local seo is slightly different from international seo, and therefore implies the different set of techniques to use. That's why buying bulk blog comments is not really the best method to rank faster. For local search it's important to set up all things regarding on-page optimization and include contact information, embed a google map etc. and add your business to local directory listings, like Yellow Pages or Angie's List.

Also, co-citations and co-occurences really matter in local SEO, as well as getting local reviews and decent amount of social media signals. All together, these things are absolutely white-hat, and will bring you long-term results. As for bulk comments, there are no guarantees that your site won't be penalized by Google for using such methods.
 
Is there a tool that will do a ton of directory submissions? A kind of "set it and forget it" tool? I'm thinking about getting started in local SEO after seeing some great results (until Penguin 2.0) with regular SEO.
 
I've used bright local and that helped us a lot. You'll need to google it.
 
Whatever you do, don't buy 2000 blog comments. Talk about spam
 
Don' depend on one thing I.e Article and blogs comment, try to invest on other SEO techniques. Your keyword is not a difficult keywords to rank. Google local listing also help you.
