Help with local organic SEO

Who is an expert at Local SEO? I mean organic SEo for a local business. I am looking for someone who can help me figure out what I am doing, or actually not doing right in my efforts. It seems like traditional SEO is not getting me the ranking I want.

I mean On Page, Content, Silo structure, Links, High PR Links, Social, etc.. Seems like just adding links has gotten me to the first page, but I want to know is there really something I can do different for local SEO that I am not doing.

I see sites that really suck on top of Google. I know some use PBN and a lot do not.

I want to see if someone can actually work with me and not actually take over all my SEO as I would like to carry that out with some guidance.

I know this may cost me some money, and I want someone who KNOWS what they are doing and not just someone telling me oh do this or do that as I have tried about all there is .

Anyone here that could do that let me know or if you know who can.

The reason you're seeing crappy sites rank in local is because local isn't incredibly competitive (depending on your metro, of course this doesn't hold true with places like NY).

I just ranked a single 1 page site last week that was only 3 months old using some basic social profiles and just a handful of the best citations (after getting G verified). The site now gets about a call a day from a couple keywords it hit page 1 for right off the bat. That is something you'd never ever be able to do with your typical organic affiliate site competing for generic terms, so take that into consideration.

All you need is to build some relevant citations for your site to rank well.
