Hello there,
Which links should I put to indexer like speedlinks, Tier 2 or Tier 3? Is there any risk with Tier 2 links?

Put as many as you like. There's no penalty with using indexing services that I know of. Some dont work but doesn't mean you get penalized for it.

Hey

Choose any links you want to index, no risk involve at all.

Apart from Indexers, you can opt for PBNs to index your website faster.
