Help with link - cloaking?

Hi,

I’m an of model and need help with my link/landingpage. I’ve tried several ways (link.me, carrd, own domain, deep link) to add a link to my bio or highlights, but since several weeks Instagram is flagging everything. My current method is a carrd link in my stories, which leads to lower conversion than link in bio.
I’ve read about cloaking and wanted to ask if someone has experience? Or can you recommend a better way?

I’d avoid cloaking. Try a clean custom domain with a simple landing page, minimal redirects, and neutral wording.
 
Why cant you just buy a domain and make a landing page in it? That will solve all your problems.

But doesn’t Instagram see that I’m leading to my Onlyfans in the last step and still block it? Did you make your own experience with this method?
 
yeah, you can use link cloaking for this. instead of putting your direct landing page link in the insta bio, put the cloaked link there. you can try TrafficGuardian, TrafficShield, JCI or other cloakers. set the traffic rules properly, and then use the cloaked link in your bio.
 
id avoid cloaking since it can get the account flagged harder, better use a clean landing page and an Instagram-approved link setup tbh.

No they dont, As you have your own custom domain and basically a website so they wont care.

I see dozens of OF links on instagram daily.

What everyone seems to be doing is inserting a "are you legal age" page in between the link and IG, which makes it look super legit but in reality is just inserting a safe page in the funnel
 
Forgot about cloakers.

Try domain redirection concept, where you use a website, which explains about your adult, but in a very normal way.

Basically before adding I will test the URLs through the Instagram in-app browser, check for redirect loops, for any SSL issues first before I add the domain

Finally check whether the landing page is compliance with the meta policies. Cloaking will create more risk without solving the underlying issue.
 
Cloaking's a little tricky these days especially. If IG is flagging the destination or domain itself, then I'm not too sure how much disguising the URL would really fix. Account's gonna get compromised for sure.
Probs gotta check if it's the domain, landing page, or actual destination that's being flagged. It'd be easier to make an approach when you can pinpoint the exact failure point. A clean branded domain with a simple landing page is generally a better long-term approach than cycling through link hubs and redirects. The lower conversion from Stories also makes sense since you're adding an extra click compared with having the link directly in the bio.

If it’s adult content related the content will still get flagged, OP has the right idea - your niche needs cloaking for it to run stable. Look up a bunch of crawler IPs and start blocking them out.
 
Careful with cloaking on Insta, they will ban your whole account and its gonna be impossible to make a new one.
 
Maybe check which part of the link Instagram is restricting first, then simplify the page and make the next step clear for visitors. Cloaking can cause more trouble than its worth.
 
Skip heavy cloaking meta bio scrapers track IP redirects fast and will just shadowban your profile. Just buy a cheap $2 custom domain, park a clean age-verification button on a basic lander, and direct them from there.
