Help with installing database!

I cannot login or register right.

Im not sure what happened, need someone to help me out with this.

Do you get an error message? If so what does it say?

If you don't get an error sometimes it's that the database has a quota of
how much space it's allowed to use. When you try to create a new record
it does not permit it.
