Help with hacked instagram account...

last week some one did a offer on my 150k account, after a lot of talking he wanted to buy my account, but there was one thing, he didnt want a middle man because he said that he was scammed the last time, so i didnt trust him at first because he wanted the account first and then he would sent me the money, he send a lot of proof, ( paypal balance, his pasport & proof that he bought another account a few days ago ) so i trusted him... wich was a stupid thing to do, he changed the mail my number connected and the password,
I do still have the OG mail and my facebook is still connected, does anyone know if i can get my account back?
If someone can help me get it back there will be a money prize.

try reseting the password with the OG mail if its still linked to your account

dont trust anybody these days espacially with the crazy updates that instagram is doing and a lot of people are desperate for followers and stuff instead if your page is succesful, do shoutouts or whatever you can to make money from it that is what I would do or try to find a job that is legit or something to do.
