Help with hacked Instagram account!

So basically I had an acc of mine hacked a long time ago and basically just didn't care because Instagram was getting boring. Im now getting back into Instagram and want that account back. I have the og email but don't remember how to access the page where it allows u to recover an account by entering the original sign-up email and asks if it's a business acc or a personal acc with pictures of me or without me. Can someone please tell me how?

If you're not able to reset your password using your email address, phone number or Facebook account, you may be able to get additional help through the app:

1. Open the Instagram app on your mobile device
2. On the login screen, tap Get help signing in below Log In
3. For more options:
   • On Android:
     1. Tap Use Username or Email, then enter your username or email
     2. Tap (right) in the top right
     3. Tap Don't have access to any of these? then follow the on-screen instructions
   • On iOS:
     1. Enter your username or email
     2. Tap Other issues? below Send Login Link, then follow the on-screen instructions

Tried that doesn't pull up the window I want to use the sign-up email for recovery.
