I have two domains... under 1 hosting... Main Domain and Sub Domain...
I want to know if i have to create two different Analytics code for both the sites or just one Analytic Code and use it on both the sites...

sub domain meaning sub.domain.com ?

yes i think its better to create 2 separate ones if that is the case

Seperate them dude. A sub domain is still a completely new site.

You can do it either way: one profile and use filters to separate traffic for each subdomain; or multiple profiles, one for each subdomain. When you generate the tracking code it will be slightly different based on which of the two options you select.

Yes, a sub-domain is considered like a "new site".
